OMG I THINK I'M GOING TO DIE FROM HAPPINESS!!!!!!!!
Just came back from my first NEWS concert! I don't know if it's good or bad luck but my seat was really the last row from the top! I was sooooooooo glad I bought another ticket for tomorrow's concert otherwise I would totally cry from this lousy seat today. To be honest, my first NEWS concert had not a lot of action but still significant as it's my first! Unfortunately, with my bad memory, I couldn't remember the set list but thank goodness it's the same as yesterday's. Now, time to spazz!
Firstly, YAMAPI IS SO FUCKIN HOT LAH!!! I love his dance in Ginza Rhapsody and MOLA!!! It's so freaking cool! And hot! My fervour for Yamapi just became hot again! I swear I almost died when he started dancing! I wish I was smart enough to bring a binoculars to ogle at him though. Koyama's dance during Ginza is hot too!
NEWS also performed a original new song called Share with the lyrics written by NEWS members. While they sang it, in the background there's a video playing showing clips of NEWS from the time they debut. Without Uchi or Kusano of course. I guess a lot of people would tear and feel emotional at this song but the most emo song for me was Hoshi wo Mezashite. I teared a little when they started singing it. Because it's the first NEWS song I ever heard and immediately fell in love with it. Can say it's the song that brought me into NEWS fandom.
There wasn't any special guests today as I suppose every groups was there liao, waiting for Countdown. Hopefully tomorrow will have. Five was the band and they played the song, 'I' which I absolutely adore! Love it ever since I heard it on SC. And.........during the first chorus, Ryo came out! Playing the electric guitar! And then Tegoshi appeared playing the tamborine! Should have been Shige right. XDDD
I didn't really understand most of the MC as my knowledge of Japanese is still rather poor but it seems like they were mostly talking about dramas that they've acted in. They made Yamapi do 'Hallalujah Chance'!!!!!!!!!! *dead* And he did 'Nobuta Power' too! I wish he did 'Kon Kon' too. And when they came to Shige, I think someone asked him to do 'Hallalujah Chance' as he had no memorable line in any of his dramas and Yamapi suddenly said it should be 'Shige-lujah Chance'! XDD And Yamapi did 'Shige-lujah Chance'!!! *dead again* The best part is after NEWS said their goodbyes, Shige was the last to go in and he did 'Shige-lujah Chance'! KAWAII!
Massu said his line from Rescue. Something like 'Ranger ???? masu.' in a very deep and manly voice. After a few times, NEWS asked him what exactly he was saying and he slowly pronounced every word clearly and they said totally didn't sound like it. *agreed* When it was Tegoshi's turn, he did the usual kissy pouting face. I swear, inside him he is soooo sao! Also, when they were talking about Shige's Hokaben drama, I think Koyama said he watched it and thought he was cool in it but Shige called him a liar and I think Koyama in the end admitted he didn't watch Hokaben. :P Koyama also said he saw Massu's Rescue poster (I did too! At one of the train stations today!) and thought he looked very cool. But when he tried to imitate his expression, totally not cool. XDDD
At one point of time, I think Koyama said Yamapi got Code Blue experience so he can save anyone in the concert venue. Then Massu butted in saying now it's his turn to rescue people as he has the Rescue drama. Oh, and Yamapi said again that Ryo abused his Rei from ProDai in Last Friends. XD
That's about all I can remember and understand. I really can't wait for tomorrow's concert now! Better seats! I think concert going is quite addictive. Really very shiok to go concert. I WILL go for the next one unless it clashes with school. I'll make sure I study hard next year and graduate ASAP so I don't have to take studies into consideration.
Now, Countdown!!! THE DESIGN IS SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO PRETTY!!!!!!!
Seriously, I'm elated! The period when I'm in Japan has the nicest concert goods! The Countdown uchiwa is sooooo fucking pretty! Black with pink heart outlines. The shopping bag too! If only it was not just a paper bag. I would totally use it as a normal bag! The Countdown uchiwas were too pretty to resist so I bought 1 entire set of NEWS and Arashi to sell and 1 Yamapi and Aiba uchiwa for myself. When I met Aishah at Dome to go to the concert, we saw that NEWS's Countdown uchiwas were ALL sold out already! The only group at that time! *ureshi* This means Johnny's shop will NOT have the uchiwas even. So better grab one from people selling them now. After the concert, most of the group's uchiwas were sold out too. I kinda expected that cuz this year's design is really very pretty and worth buying.
AHHHHHHHH! Can't wait to camp in front of my TV later and watch Countdown live! I shall hold my Yamapi and Aiba uchiwas and imagine myself there. Why......Yamapi's year too. T_T
I'm super happy today! I think I'm going to burst from happiness! Well, off to have my dinner and shower now before the Countdown starts! NEWS最高！
Spazzing aside, other things. Now I know why everyone runs at the concert venue. There's soooooo many people in one place at the same time! There just isn't enough time to get to your gate! On the subject of people, I think Johnny's queue can enter the Guinness world of records already for the longest queue. After I bought my Countdown goods and was going back to the hotel, the queue had became super duper long! For those who have been to Tokyo Dome, the end of the queue was I think near Korakuen station. I think it circled the Tokyo Dome mall somewhere before ending there too. I think if this queue was in Singapore, would probably be from Yishun until Orchard. along the train tracks.
Another funny thing was when the concert had ended and everyone was leaving. The air pressure in Dome is actually a tiny bit higher than outside to help keep the ceiling afloat so the door is those turnstile kind to minimise the amount of air escaping from inside. So when everyone was leaving, the door kept spinning and spinning. As a result, the air pressure difference was super crazy. The moment I stepped out of the door, the wind was so fucking strong!!! I so big size also felt like I was going to be blown away! But after walking out a bit more, everything went back to normal. Seriously, can do the Marilyn Monroe action there with winds that strong. XD
Ok! Finally off to prepare to camp in front of the TV!
